2010年以来四届ALD应用国际会议和十届中国ALD会议取得成功之后。2024年第一届亚太原子层沉积（AP-ALD）会议将为期四天，专门讨论原子层沉积技术在各个领域的基本原理和应用。它将于2024年10月17日至20日在中国上海举行。这次会议将包括全体会议、口头会议、海报会议和工业展览。
